Archive for January, 2008

This is my biggest wedding shoot for 2007. This job was from Caesar Photography.

My partner for this wedding is Alex Teo, my teacher. I’ve known Alex since 2006, and this is the first time I shoot camera to camera with Alex for wedding. It was a specialised job, Alex using wide and I am using tele to shoot.

It’s fun to shoot this wedding, the lovely couple are fun and happy. I’ve never posted a full journal of a wedding before. Click here for full album.

myPrivilegebook Launching

January 26, 2008

1st Jan 08, the day I turned 29 this year. What a cool day to celebrate my birthday, taking photograph of myPrivilegebook launching with my friends and photo buddies at Tun Jugah Mall Kuching.

Some of my photos are selected by the organiser to feature in their newsletter. My great appreciation to Ivoq.

What is myPrivilegebook? If you are discounts junky, this is the book you are looking for. It is mainly a booklet featuring lots of coupons/voucher from famous shops in Kuching. Find out more at http://www.ivoqconcept.com

The models are all from Peninsular Malaysia, flown in by Ideabox.

First of all, sorry for the slow update. I was just promoted to be a father lately. Thus having sleepless night and busy day.

2007 is a special year for me. I’ve been photographing weddings of couples between Peninsular, Singapore and Sarawak , not one but three.

Helena’s dad has booked me for her wedding dinner since early November. After meeting up for a short chat somewhere in Central Park, I found out that my ex-schoolmate used to work together with him. Furthermore, he is now no longer an engineer but a trainee pilot.

Helena’s wedding was very cheerful and filled with laughter. The MC was really good, and Helena’s dad is quiet an entertainer too. Congratulations!

Below are some of the photos from this wonderful wedding dinner.

Christmas day is the day Yeh Wei and Monica celebrated their wedding day in Kuching.  A very blessed day indeed for this sweet and lovely couple. It is so much fun to shoot this wedding and the food is delicious too!

Here are some of the photos to share.

I was introduced to Nee Shen and Winnie by my friend Amelia. All the photography arrangement was done through emails, and occasionally a few phone calls. I finally met this lovely couple at Kaya and Toast to finalise everything that had to be done during the actual day.

It rained during the actual day, so I had to be extra careful as not to get my camera “drenched”. It got slightly wet during the shooting though, I guess DSLR is not that easy to spoil eh?

Here are some photos of the wonderful couple’s wedding.
